I am an Assistant Professor of Education Data Science at the Stanford University Graduate School of Education, where I also direct the Plural Connections Group, a research lab whose mission is to use tools from computation and design to foster pluralism: an inclusive response to differences in society. 

I also serve as Chief Scientific Advisor of Concave Labs, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing more equitable and community-informed student assignment policymaking across US school districts.
